Let's Have a brief look how iPhone Backup software works
Step:1
Install iPhone backup software and connect your iPhone to PC. Your iPhone will be detected by the software and a list of iPhone files will displayed on screen
Step:2
Select the specific iPhone files for creating backup and then click on Export button
Step:3
Once you click Export button, the below mentioned window will appears in which you will have to choose options for maintaining backup, either backup to computer or iTunes directly
Step:4
After the finishing of the backup process, a window will pop up which show the message "Export Finished"

Now you will be able to see the list of all backup files
