If you had Jailbroken your iPhone, iPhone 3G or 3GS and now want to restore into previous state then you are at right place. To restore your all iPhone 3GS contents from jailbreak state, follow the below given steps –

Step 1: Connect your iPhone/3G/3GS to PC and launch latest iTunes. In left side select your iPhone and press “Restore” button.

Step 2: Here iTunes will ask about “Backup your iPhone”. If you select “yes” than iTunes will backup your iPhone. But the backup made only “Non-jailbreak” contents such as – your iPhone contacts, photos, etc. Click on “Back Up” if you want to save all your iPhone data.

Step 3: Now a dialog-box will be pop-up have quick “warning”. Click “Restore”.

Step 4: To restore your iPhone from Jailbreak state, the necessary “firmware” will be downloaded and extracted. After ending this step “restoring” process will begin. And after end of the step your iPhone will need for “restart”.

Step 5: At the end of “Step 4” your iPhone will quickly activate and will give an option to “restore” from current backup. Select your iPhone backup file and press “Continue” button to restore your iPhone. Restore your iPhone from current backup will silently un-jailbreak your iPhone. But this process will leave your all iPhone data and contents together. You won't be able to tell it was ever Jailbroken.

After ending the restore process, make sure any Jailbreak apps are not available. If there are any Jailbreak apps are still present, you can delete them so there will be no proof available of Jailbreaking.
